DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Imports Labelling Ops Lead, located in Mumbai, India.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordination with overseas Vendors, Affiliates to ensure correct documentation and logistics arrangements.
- Arranging import custom clearance of raw materials, capital goods spares under various government schemes.
- Managing Bonded Warehouses and labelling of all products in line with local statutory laws and QA protocol
- To verify /scrutinize all import documents before sending to CHA for custom clearance
- Take proper precautions to avoid the temperature excursion of import shipments
- Evaluate determine best shipment mode to optimize
- Liaising with various Govt. agencies like- Customs, Drug Authority, CDSCO DGFT
- Co-ordination communication with various service providers
- Due Diligence/Agreement of the service providers
- Process improvement cost reduction initiation
- Preparation of Import Statement, MIS Report, Import data Analysis.
- Collaboration with other members of the Business, Supply Chain, Warehouse, RPT, RA,
- Legal and key stake holders is paramount to achieve these sales and service objectives.
