Required Qualification:
1. 4-8 years minimum experience working in Core java.
2. Hands on experience in Data Structures and Algorithms
3.
Should be proficient in High level design and design patterns.
4. Robust debugging experience / analytical thinking
5. Experience in any one Relational Databases like MSSQL/Oracle/Postgres
6. Should be involved in development, enhancement of current product and support
responsibilities along with this should have debugging skills.
7. Should have good communication skills.
8. Should have strong experience on Multithreading and collections.
9. Able to provide alternative approaches to solve the problem.
10. Debugging experience with JVM crash logs (thread dumps and heap dump log files)
11. Good to have Kubernetes and cloud deployment experience.
12. This role is to work on Core Java only. The candidate will not work on any frameworks like
Spring, hibernate etc.
13. They will be working on PEGA product where they have internal tech stack along with Core
Java.
