Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Software Administrator (Pipedrive) to manage our CRM software implementation and support operations. This role will be responsible for onboarding new clients, provisioning CRM accounts, providing technical support, managing subscriptions and renewals, and continuously improving customer experience through automation and self-service processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset. Experience with Pipedrive CRM is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

- CRM Administration Provisioning
- Configure and provision Pipedrive CRM accounts for new clients.
- Set up pipelines, users, permissions, custom fields, workflows, and integrations.
- Ensure CRM instances are configured according to client requirements and best practices.
- Maintain CRM account health and system documentation.

- Client Onboarding

- Lead end-to-end onboarding for current software customers.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and user training.
- Assist clients with CRM migration, initial setup, and adoption.
- Create onboarding documentation and user guides.

- Customer Support

- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to Pipedrive.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.

- Subscription Renewal Management

- Monitor subscription lifecycle and renewal schedules.
- Build and optimize self-service renewal and subscription management processes.
- Coordinate renewals, upgrades, and license modifications.
- Maintain accurate subscription and billing records.

- Process Automation

- Identify repetitive operational tasks and recommend automation opportunities.




- Build automated onboarding, renewal, and support workflows using no-code/low-code tools where applicable.
- Improve operational efficiency through standardized processes and documentation.

- Documentation Knowledge Management

- Develop SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain process documentation for internal teams.
- Create reusable templates for onboarding and support activities.

- Reporting Performance Tracking

- Track onboarding completion, support metrics, customer satisfaction, and renewal performance.
- Generate periodic reports and recommend process improvements.
- Monitor product usage trends and identify opportunities to improve customer adoption.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM or similar CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CRM configuration and user management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing SaaS subscriptions and customer onboarding.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and integrations.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in CRM administration, SaaS operations, customer success, or technical support.
- Experience with API integrations, Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM implementation methodologies and customer success best practices.
