Role Summary: The purpose of this role is to support the Treasury suite of system applications, which supports the Global Treasury, ERP, 3rd party software, Accounting, payments and collections. This position is contract position.
Responsibilities
- FIS Sungard Quantum, TRAX TSG experience
- Knowledge of Treasury function within a MNC
- Understanding of EBS formats predominantly MT940, MT942, AFB120, CSB43, BAI CBI
- Knowledge of payment formats MT101, PAIN001
- Experience of SSC organization
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally
- A proven team player with excellent communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Support all treasury operation system issues out of Trax and Quantum
- Support accounting and general ledger posting rules for all Treasury transactions
- Support deployment of treasury systems in recent Geographies
- Design Trax enrichments utilizing Treasury and Banking knowledge
- Support implementation of system upgrades/migration
- Troubleshooting interfacing issues with Reuters, banks, FX All and ERPs
- Swift, FX ALL Administration
- Maintenance of Reuters Interface for importing of FX/interest rates
- Assist in planned ad hoc projects as directed by management
- Support Business Operation and audit process
- Daily monitoring of our treasury management ticketing systems
- Allocation/resolution of all tickets in a timely manner in line with the SLA
