Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

- Edit property walkthrough videos, drone footage, and site visit reels for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Create short-form content (Reels/Shorts) highlighting projects, amenities, and client testimonials
- Add graphics, captions, transitions, background music, and brand elements (logo, watermark, CTA)
- Edit raw footage from site shoots, events, and property launches into polished marketing content
- Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the Vardhanam Infratech brand

Social Media Management

- Plan, create, and execute a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Write engaging captions and hashtags relevant to real estate audiences
- Schedule and publish posts, stories, and reels consistently
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow follower base
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and share monthly reports
- Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and social media algorithm changes
- Coordinate with the sales team to highlight current launches, offers,



and site visits

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in video editing and social media management (real estate/marketing background preferred)
- Proficiency in editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) for thumbnails and social creatives
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and platform-specific content formats
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Basic knowledge of SEO/hashtag strategy and social media analytics
- Ability to work on-site for shoots (residential/commercial project sites) when required
- Strong communication and time-management skills

Good to Have

- Experience shooting content on DSLR/mobile with gimbal, or basic drone operation
- Knowledge of Meta Ads/Google Ads for boosted posts
- Prior experience in real estate, interior design, or construction industry content
