- Valid MMC / Maharashtra Medical Council Registration
Experience
- Experienced candidates preferred
- Hands-on ICU and Critical Care experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage critically ill patients in the ICU
- Assess, stabilize, and treat medical and surgical emergencies
- Manage ventilated patients, sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, and multi-organ dysfunction
- Perform ICU procedures including intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, and emergency airway management as per expertise
- Monitor hemodynamic status and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Conduct daily ICU rounds and coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Guide ICU nursing staff regarding patient management and protocols
- Maintain accurate ICU records,
progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and critical care protocols
Skills Required
- Solid expertise in Critical Care ICU management
- Good knowledge of ventilator management and emergency medicine
- Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-acuity ICU environment
- Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach
