- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process designs with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process architecture principles.
- Document and communicate process changes clearly to stakeholders to facilitate smooth adoption.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with process automation concepts and tools to support digital transformation initiatives.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Celonis Process Mining Platform.
