Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter (C2H) with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various IT positions.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced recruitment environment and should have excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical/client interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer closures.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates during the offer, joining, and onboarding stages.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously and prioritize positions based on business needs.




- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment (C2H).
- Strong experience in end-to-end IT hiring.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as:

- Java / .NET
- Python
- Full Stack
- React / Angular
- DevOps / Cloud
- Data Engineering / Data Science
- QA / Automation Testing
- Salesforce
- SAP
- Business Analysts / Project Managers
- Other IT technologies

- Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Good understanding of technical skill sets and IT job requirements.
- Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and candidate-closing skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and market trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with 5+ years of IT Recruitment experience are preferred.
- Experience handling multiple requirements and bulk hiring is an advantage.
- Experience working with IT services, consulting, staffing, or recruitment organizations is preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately to 30 days are preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work from office in Hyderabad.
