This role is typically focused on SAP CRM development and customization, using ABAP and Web UI to build, enhance, and support CRM business applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and customize SAP CRM applications using ABAP.
- Work extensively on SAP CRM Web UI customization and enhancements.
- Develop Web UI components, views, controllers, context nodes, and configurations.
- Implement BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, Function Modules, and Reports.
- Work on CRM business processes such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center.
- Integrate SAP CRM with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other systems.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Perform technical analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
