Job Summary
We're looking for a Creative Producer who can take ambitious creative ideas and execute them seamlessly in the real world.
You will own production end-to-end - from planning and pre-production to shoots, post-production and final delivery. You will be responsible for bringing together creative teams, talent, students, vendors and production partners while ensuring projects stay on brief, on budget and on schedule.
This role requires someone with strong production operations, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working with demanding stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and managing complex productions without compromising on relationships, timelines or quality.
At Tetr, you will work across documentaries, student stories, founder content, social videos, podcasts, brand films and other multi-format content.
You will work closely with the Head of Content, Creative Director, YouTube team, editors and external production partners to take projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Owning production from brief and pre-production through shoot, post-production and final delivery. Manage production plans, schedules, call sheets, crew, equipment, locations, logistics and contingencies.
- Building strong systems and processes to ensure multiple productions run efficiently with clear ownership. Coordinate teams, timelines and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality.
- Planning and executing shoots across documentaries, social content, podcasts, founder stories, student stories and brand films. Manage crews, equipment, locations, talent and on-ground logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Working effectively with creative teams, leadership, students, talent, agencies and external partners, often managing competing priorities. Build alignment, communicate clearly and ensure all stakeholders remain informed and accountable throughout the production.
- Anticipating production risks and develop contingency plans before they impact delivery. Handle last-minute changes, difficult situations and unexpected challenges with composure and a strong focus on finding solutions.
- Working closely with Creative and Content teams to understand the creative intent and translate ideas into executable production plans. Provide practical inputs on scope, feasibility, timelines, resources and production approach without compromising the creative ambition.
- Owning post-production workflows across editing, motion graphics, sound design, colour and final delivery. Coordinate closely with editors and creative teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet the required creative and technical standards.
- Managing relationships with production houses, freelancers, crews, studios, equipment partners, locations and other vendors. Evaluate partners, negotiate costs, manage deliverables and ensure high-quality execution across external production support.
- Owning production budgets and timelines across projects, ensuring resources are deployed efficiently. Track spends, negotiate where required and proactively flag risks that could impact cost, quality or delivery.
- Supporting productions across different countries, cultures and time zones as Tetr's content ecosystem expands globally. Coordinate with local production partners and teams across geographies, with the flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to international production schedules.
- Working closely with students, founders,
faculty and other talent to ensure they are well-prepared and comfortable throughout production. Create the right environment to capture authentic performances and stories while keeping shoots structured and efficient.
Ideal candidate will have
- 5-8 years of experience in creative production, content production, advertising, media or entertainment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end productions across multiple formats.
- Strong production operations and project management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, teams and timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior stakeholders, creative teams, talent and external partners.
- Comfortable managing difficult conversations, competing priorities and high-pressure situations while maintaining strong working relationships.
- Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Experience managing production budgets, timelines and resources.
- Solid understanding of shoots, production equipment, crew, locations and post-production workflows.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into practical and executable production plans.
- Comfortable working with one-line briefs - able to quickly understand the objective, ask the right questions, fill in the gaps and turn an ambiguous brief into a clear, executable production plan.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and adapting to international working schedules.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving and highly entrepreneurial environment.
