JD Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Telecom Lead-to-Cash (L2C) domain to drive digital transformation initiatives for enterprise B2B telecom customers. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge across the complete telecom sales and order lifecycle and be capable of leveraging AI-assisted business analysis to improve requirement gathering, process optimization, and solution design.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience in Lead Management, Opportunity Management, CPQ (Costing, Pricing & Quoting), Contract Management.

Key Responsibilities

Need Telecom BSS/OSS Solutiondesign with telecom domain experience.
*Should have solid understanding of different BSS/OSS applications that support Lead to Cash journey

*Should have conducted workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders, presenting differentsolutionoptions toarchitects.

Drive end-to-end business analysis across the Telecom Lead-to-Cash (L2C) journey.

- Knowledge on CRM/CPQ, Product Catalog,



Order Management (OM), Service Order Management, Inventory Management, Microservices basedArchitecture, RPA, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Billing, and Invoicing for B2C / B2B business is needed.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using traditional and AI-assisted analysis techniques. • Able to understand and translate business requirements, and working with product / technical and operations teams to help design and build new Products and Services
• Able to conduct workshops and design thinking sessions, to understand IT Process / Technology /Architecture and existing OSS/BSS implementations.
• Able to deliver intelligent business insights through translation of reports and analytics.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Development teams to deliver scalable telecom BSS solutions.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and production deployments.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience of around 5-10 years as Business Analyst
- Strong analytical skills and Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.
