Roles and Responsibilities

This role is for a Workplace Architect who is innovative, passionate about designing and managing diverse projects while collaborating with a diverse group of people.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in the Workplace architecture and design field / 5+ years as a Project Manager with a focus on workplace interiors experience is required
- Experience leading projects of a variety of scales, and mentoring young Interior Designers
- Robust leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal management skills
- Commitment to a collaborative design process
- Experience managing site issues wrt design and detailing.
- Experience negotiating project scope and fees
- Knowledge of local building codes, ESG, Universal design/ Harmonized design guidelines and standards
- Working knowledge of BIM/Revit preferred. Must have software knowledge of ACAD, Sketch-up and knowledge of 3D max
- Professional degree (Master or Bachelor) in Architecture or Interior Design
- Preferred certifications include LEED and WELL certification.
