- You'll primarily work on building new user-facing features & components for the 1P platform.
- You'll work with the design team and turn their designs into prototypes, keeping time, usability, aesthetics, and user experience in mind.
- You'll constantly review our website by monitoring key metrics, and optimizing for faster load times.
- Our frontend tech stack consists of Javascript, HTML, CSS, React, and many other open source tools as well.

- You've built and maintained websites before. Since your work at 1P will be focussed on the 1P website and ERP, performance benchmarking, and its maintenance, having similar prior experience is a big plus.
- You've built, scaled, and maintained large-scale systems before on AWS. This is a specific ask, and this is a big plus, but not absolutely required.
- You are a quick learner. Our tech stack will grow with time, you need to be able to learn on the go and build solutions quickly.
- You can work in teams . You can hold your ground and don't need constant oversight, but can collaborate and work with more people whenever necessary.
- You enjoy building from scratch. Being an early hire, creating things from the ground up should excite you.
- You can think about business constraints. We want our engineers to be mindful of their choices, understand users,



and think about the impact of their work on the bottom line.
