Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Machine Learning, Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Data Visualization platforms, along with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable ML models for classification, regression, forecasting, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable business insights.
- Utilize Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy,



and SciPy for data processing, statistical analysis, and model development.
- Develop data pipelines and feature engineering frameworks to support ML initiatives.
- Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Evaluate model performance and implement continuous monitoring and improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and strategic recommendations.
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
