Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and take corrective actions as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to hardware and software.
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and networks.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Managing Network Firewalls and network related troubleshooting.
- Managing Backups and restorations.
- Experience on Antivirus software's and their related issues troubleshooting
- Coordinating with UPS, EPABX & CCTV Vendors.
- Experience on Asset management of systems and software's
- Monitor system performance & Event log reviews and troubleshooting.

Requirements and skills

- At least 1+ years of experience in system administration role
- Experience on Microsoft Services like AD /DNS /DHCP /GPO.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems




- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
