Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage breakdown maintenance activities for water system and HVAC systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

- Coordinate with utility teams to ensure smooth operation of chillers, AHUs, air compressors, cooling towers, and other HVAC equipment.
- Managing team for operation and maintenance of all equipment's of Water system. Preparation and managing for audits of the client as per their guidelines
- Planning, Scheduling maintenance of Purified water generation and distribution system, WFI storage tank and distribution system, pure steam generation system
- Responsible for installation of recent machinery in projects and its qualification and documentation. Implementing new working techniques and SOP for efficient working of uni




- Sanitization/Chemical cleaning of water system equipment Performed steam quality test
- Prepared the documentation of water system related breakdown, deviation, change control, through GMP pro software. Ensure all Validation, Qualification, Calibrations and preventive maintenance done as per schedule and records maintained
- Improvement, continuous review and up gradation of existing procedure, SOPs and work systems to ensure their strict implementation revision and training. Responsible for Managing of HVAC system
