Role & responsibilities

1) Statutory Compliances for Quantum, GreenLine and its subsidiary Companies

2) Maintenance of registers/records, preparing of periodical online/ offline records under various applicable laws

3) Core focus will also be on the statutory compliance, audits and support for all partners/ contractors of above companies

4) Candidate should have exposure to manage procedural compliance under the Factories Act, New Wage Code and Shops and Establishment Act

5) Disciplinary Actions - Show Cause/Charge sheet/Enquiry/Warning/ Penalty/ Fine/ Suspension/Termination management

6) Participation in Customer Audits, Government Inspections, internal audits, etc

7) Quantum HR PoC on record and signatory, exposure to compliance portals is must

8) Drafting MoU/agreements

9) Robust internal and external stakeholder management

10) Managing IR will be an additional advantage (not must)
