About the Role:

Join a fast-growing, New York based immigration law practice and gain hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law while working closely with attorneys and legal staff in the U.S.

This role offers a unique long-term opportunity high-performing candidates may be considered for U.S. visa sponsorship or permanent residency after 2 to 3 years of service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review U.S. immigration petitions, including H-1B, I-140, PERM, L-1, E-2 etc.
- Conduct legal research and draft employment- and family-based immigration filings.
- Coordinate with U.S. attorneys, clients, and internal teams on case matters.
- Manage case documentation, deadlines, and filing requirements.
- Provide clients with case updates and respond to immigration-related queries.
- Assist with case strategy,



quality review, and team coordination.
- Support the training and mentoring of junior team members.

Qualifications:

- Graduate / LL.B. / MBA from a recognized institution.
- Candidates with 2+ years of experience in U.S. immigration case preparation will be preferred. Freshers with a strong interest in the field are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday I 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM IST (aligned with U.S. business hours)
