Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of sales agents to achieve business targets through agency channel development, agent recruitment, and training.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to increase policy renewals and upsell opportunities.

- Identify new business prospects through market research, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base.

- Monitor performance metrics such as premium income growth, retention rates, and expense control to optimize sales strategies.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining high ethical standards.
