Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage bancassurance sales performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue growth through attaching insurance to loan against property.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and other internal teams.

- Conduct regular training sessions for bank employees on credit protection, housing finance, loan against property (LAP), and other relevant topics.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in bancassurance or related field (insurance industry).

- Strong understanding of CP (credit protection) products such as group policies, individual policies, etc.

- Knowledge of Housing Finance/Loan Against Property (LAP) schemes is an added advantage.
