Job Summary

Were looking for a talented Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling work that brings our brand to life across every channel. Youll design marketing assets, social creative, presentations, and landing page mockups that make complex DeFi concepts feel clear, credible, and premium. This role sits close to the marketing team and touches everything from paid ad creative to member-facing education materials.

Responsibilities

- Design marketing and brand assets: paid ad creative, social graphics, email visuals, presentations, infographics, and event collateral.
- Design web and landing page mockups in Figma, and hand off clean, developer-ready files with clear specs and components.
- Partner with marketing, content, and sales teams to understand goals, audiences, and campaign objectives before designing.
- Turn complex DeFi and financial concepts into clear, visually intuitive graphics and data visualizations.
- Own and evolve brand consistency - maintain and extend our brand guidelines, templates, and design system.
- Manage multiple projects at once, prioritising effectively and delivering on deadline.
- Iterate on creative based on performance data and feedback from the marketing team.




- Stay current on design trends, tools, and Web3 visual language, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work across multiple styles and formats (portfolio required to be considered).
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and design systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid grasp of typography, layout, colour, and hierarchy.
- Experience designing for digital marketing - paid social, landing pages, email - and an understanding of what makes creative convert.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, independent worker who takes initiative and doesnt need to be micromanaged.

Nice to have

- Interest in or experience with crypto, DeFi, finance, or Web3 brands.
- Basic motion design (After Effects) or short-form video editing.
- Experience designing for high-ticket / mastermind programs and sales funnels.
