Project Engineer

Position Summary

This position is responsible for program governance, planning, monitoring, cost control, and execution of EHV/HV transmission EPC projects (UG Cables Substations). The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant project delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Contracts, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Lead execution of EHV substation and underground cable projects.
- Develop project schedules using tools like Primavera / MS Project.
- Monitor progress and ensure milestone achievement.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts.
- Monitor critical path and implement corrective actions to avoid delays
- Standardize planning templates across projects
- Prepare and control project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost baselines




- Ensure alignment with Cost Excellence frameworks
- Drive risk mitigation strategies and escalation framework.

Position Demands
