Job Description:

We are hiring candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the US Healthcare Medical Billing/RCM process. Candidates with hands-on experience in AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals, Insurance Calling, Authorization, Eligibility Verification, and Patient Calling/Appointment Scheduling are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform AR follow-up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.
- Analyze and resolve denied, rejected, and unpaid claims.
- Handle payment follow-up and claim status verification.
- Work on appeals and claim reprocessing.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and identify payment discrepancies.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Handle insurance authorization and referral requirements.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending authorizations.
- Make patient calls for appointment scheduling and related inquiries.




- Coordinate with patients and internal teams regarding appointments and insurance-related requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of aging claims and pending accounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all follow-up and verification activities.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills

- 13 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM/Medical Billing.
- Experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
- Experience in Insurance Eligibility & Benefits Verification.
- Knowledge of Authorization and Referral processes.
- Experience in Patient Calling and Appointment Scheduling is added advantage.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
- Understanding of US Healthcare Medical Billing and RCM.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes is preferred.

Qualification

- Graduate Not Required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift.
