Job Title: Durability Specialist

Perform FEA pre-processing, simulation setup, post-processing, and technical report preparation to support product development.

Develop, validate, and maintain high-quality FE models using engineering drawings, BOMs, and CAD data while ensuring compliance with customer and organizational standards.

Conduct durability, structural, modal, and NVH simulations, define boundary conditions, loads, and analyze results to validate product designs.

Collaborate with design, testing, and cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and recommend design improvements based on simulation outcomes.

Correlate simulation results with physical testing and measurement data, updating FE models to improve prediction accuracy.

Review simulation quality, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain adherence to quality, cost,



and delivery targets.

Support continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization of simulation methodologies, workflows, and documentation.

Perform root cause analysis (QRCI) and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality and process issues.

Mentor junior engineers, trainees, and interns by providing technical guidance, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and supporting capability development.

Evaluate and implement recent CAE tools, software updates, and simulation methodologies while actively contributing to global engineering networks and technology advancements.
