Experience: 2-5 Years
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA in HR will be plus
Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Technical Knowledge Preferred:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Knowledge of Job Portals such as Naukri
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
Role & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
