Required Technical & Functional Skills

- 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba Procurement and Sourcing.
- Valuable understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing.
- Experience with Ariba Guided Buying.
- Experience with Ariba Sourcing and sourcing event management.
- Good understanding of Ariba Contracts and contract management processes.
- Experience with supplier onboarding and supplier management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes including:
- Purchase Requisition
- Purchase Order
- Goods Receipt
- Invoice Processing
- Invoice Reconciliation
- Approval Workflows

- Experience with catalog management and catalog configuration.
- Good understanding of Ariba approval workflows and business rules.
- Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Understanding of SAP Ariba Integration Toolkit (ITK) and integration concepts.
- Knowledge of interfaces and integration technologies such as CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) is highly preferred.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and work effectively with technical teams.
- Experience in testing, defect management, and production support.

- Experience in SAP Ariba implementation or rollout projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA procurement processes.
- Experience with SAP Ariba CIG.
- Knowledge of supplier lifecycle and supplier risk processes.

Key Responsibilities in the Project

The consultant will be expected to:

- Understand procurement and sourcing business requirements.
- Design and configure SAP Ariba solutions.
- Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.
- Configure procurement workflows, catalogs, approvals, and invoice processes.
- Support Ariba integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams for implementation and enhancements.
- Support testing, deployment, and production activities.
- Resolve functional issues and provide ongoing SAP Ariba support.
- Ensure effective adoption of Ariba processes by business and procurement users.
