Business Development Manager (BDM) and B2B Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Business Development Manager with strong expertise in diamond studded gold jewellery sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development-

- Drive B2B sales for diamond studded gold jewellery
- Plan and achieve monthly sales targets, profit margin.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Managing key B2B clients, planning sales targets, coordinating with internal departments, and driving business growth aligned with current market trends.

2 Market & Product Coordination-

- Stay updated with current market trends in jewellery
- Coordinate with the Designer HOD for developing new collections based on market demand
- Plan orders as per customer requirements and business priorities.

1. Internal Coordination-

- Coordinate closely with Production and Diamond departments to ensure smooth order execution
- Ensure on-time delivery of products to clients
- Track order progress and update clients regularly on order status

1. Client Management-

- Handle client payments,



queries and complaints professionally.
- Provide feedback on orders and customer concerns to the HOD
- Maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and service

1. Reporting & Systems-

- Maintain sales records, order details, and client data
- Prepare sales updates and reports as required
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Key skills & Knowledge -

- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Experience with reputed jewellery chain stores is highly preferred
- Excellent client handling and relationship management
- Positive coordination and planning abilities
- Market awareness in diamond and gold jewellery
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven

Preferred Candidate profile -

- 5 to 7 years of mandatory experience in sales of diamond studded gold jewellery.
- Prior experience handling reputed chain store accounts is preferable.

Qualifications -

- Any Graduate, MBA is preferred.
