Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Travel Process to lead sales operations, drive revenue, manage teams, and ensure robust customer experience and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Forex, Travel, Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services with proven people-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue, sales, conversion, and productivity targets.
- Manage Team Leaders and Sales Executives, ensuring performance and accountability.
- Monitor sales, quality, CSAT, productivity, and SLA metrics.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, KYC, AML, and internal policies.
- Monitor transactions, identify potential fraud/risk indicators, and escalate exceptions.
- Handle critical customer escalations and drive service excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, engagement, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Prepare and present MIS, business reviews, and performance dashboards.




- Identify process gaps and implement at least one measurable process improvement every quarter.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Forex Cards, Currency Notes, Remittances & Travel Services.
- Good understanding of RBI, FEMA, KYC & AML regulations.
- Strong sales, operations, analytical, and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, MIS, and performance-management tools.

Experience & Qualification

- 5-8 years of experience in Forex, Banking, Fintech, Travel, or Financial Services.
- 2-3 years of experience managing Team Leaders/large teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
