Strong EMEA/ AMER/US onboarding experience + hands-on offer generation/BGV + positive Workday knowledge + ability to transition to US onboarding.
- 4+ years of relevant experience can be considered.
- Strong US/AMER/ EMEA onboarding experience, preferably within the last 18 months.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Offer letter generation
- Background verification (BGV)
- I-9 / employment verification
- onboarding processes
- Candidates with EMEA/India experience + recent US onboarding experience can also be considered.
Workday experience is preferred, but the team is open to candidates with relevant experience in SAP or Oracle if they have strong offer/BGV/onboarding experience
