Experience
- 3+ years of experience in site commissioning and industrial automation projects.
Technical Core
- Hands-on experience in PLC Programming (Siemens TIA Portal preferred), VFD Parameterisation, and HMI configuration. (Siemens Preferable)
Key Responsibilities
- PLC Programming Expertise: Taking full ownership of PLC logic development (primarily Siemens TIA Portal), including hardware configuration, block programming, and system optimization for high-end control panels.
- Troubleshooting Support: Acting as the lead technical problem-solver in office; diagnosing and resolving complex logic bugs, hardware failures, or communication errors to ensure zero downtime for the client.
- Documentation (Internal External):
Ensuring 100% accuracy in technical records including As-Built drawings and I/O lists for the client, and detailed Daily Progress Reports (DPR) via the HRMS for GatiLek HQ
- Technical Process Adherence: Strictly following the GatiLek Engineering Standards from the initial code structure to the final safety testing protocols ensuring every project maintains our signature quality.
- Strategic Collaboration: Working in a Unified Engineering environment; collaborating with the Visualisation team for seamless HMI mapping and the Coding team (VB/Java) for successful database and ERP integrations.
