Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations across our real estate development projects. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial reporting support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis for multiple projects
- Manage accounts payable (AP) including vendor invoices, payments, and vendor relationship management
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) including customer invoices, collections, and follow-ups
- Process payroll transactions and employee reimbursements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements




- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audit processes
- Track project-wise expenses and budget variances
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records
- Maintaining Vendor management and its Managerial work

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience in real estate, construction, or similar industry
- Robust knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind-AS) and GST compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Excellent command of MS Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Experience with bank reconciliation and multi-project accounting
- Sound understanding of real estate project accounting (preferred)
