We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a Commerce background, robust coordination skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The role involves coordinating with the sales, production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and excellent customer service.

Immediate/Early Joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Coordination

- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial offers.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order execution.
- Track orders from receipt to dispatch and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production, planning, stores, and logistics departments for order fulfillment.
- Maintain daily order status reports and update the sales team regularly.

Customer Relationship Management

- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide order status, delivery schedules, and product-related information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring prompt service.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pending orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports using advanced Excel functions.
- Maintain sales trackers, customer databases, pending order reports, and dispatch reports.
- Generate management reports and dashboards as required.

Documentation

- Maintain customer records, quotations, sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding payment follow-ups and customer ledgers.

Coordination

- Work closely with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.




- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Support management with presentations, reports, and business correspondence.

Required Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) is mandatory.
- Additional certification in MS Excel or ERP will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 25 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or MIS Executive, preferably in an Electrical Equipment Manufacturing company.

Required Skills

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF Functions, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Dashboards, Data Validation, and MIS Reporting).
- Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience working with ERP software such as SAP, Tally ERP, Oracle, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Commerce graduate with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience in handling sales coordination and order management in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain data efficiently.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Immediate or early joiners will be given preference.

Compensation
