Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation.

- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.

- Oversee HRMS data accuracy and generate periodic HR reports and dashboards.

- Drive employee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.

- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely salary processing.

- Conduct regular visits to stores/branches to assess HR operational effectiveness.

- Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company standards across locations.

- Address employee grievances and provide resolution support during store visits.

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.





- Support compliance related to PF, ESI, Shop & Establishment Act, and other applicable regulations.

Job Requirements :

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW, or equivalent qualification.

- 6-8 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Manufacturing, or Multi-location organizations.

- Robust knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.

- Experience in payroll coordination, HRMS, and employee lifecycle management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.

- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned stores/locations.
