Job Title: 11th -12th Physics Faculty

Location: Matunga (Central) / Dadar

Job Type: Full Time/Part Time

Experience: 1 year +

Role & responsibilities:

- Teach various branches of Physics to junior college students.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Sourcing and preparing appropriate learning materials (notes, assignments, Tests, online resources). Developing, refining, and implementing a comprehensive Physics curriculum that aligns with academic standards.
- Assess student progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.




- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, and extracurricular activities as required.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Qualification:

- Masters degree in Physics and B.Ed. is preferred
- Proven teaching experience at the junior college or high school level is preferred.
- Solid understanding of the HSC Physics curriculum.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and pedagogical skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
