We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our Purchase Department. The role involves maintaining accurate records of purchase transactions, vendor invoices, Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and procurement documents in the ERP system. The ideal candidate should be proficient in ERP usage and possess strong data handling and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update Purchase Orders (POs), vendor details, and material receipt records in the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate records of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and vendor invoice processing.
- Assist in matching Purchase Orders, GRNs, and vendor invoices for payment processing.
- Track vendor dispatches, delivery timelines, and payment follow-ups.
- Digitize and archive procurement documents, invoices, and credit notes.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and vendors to ensure a smooth procurement process.
- Generate reports on pending purchase orders, delivery status, and vendor performance.

Qualifications & Experience





- Minimum 1 year of experience working with ERP systems, preferably in Material Management (MM) and Finance modules.
- Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills.
- Sound understanding of procurement and inventory receipt processes.
- Excellent typing, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Robust attention to detail with accountability for data accuracy and record keeping.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of purchase documentation and data updates.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
