Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for a License Owner to launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Oman.

This is not your traditional management job- it is designed for entrepreneurial individuals who want to build, operate, and grow their own local football operation while creating a meaningful impact in their community.

Responsibilities

- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Oman
- Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts
- Secure suitable football venues
- Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
- Work closely with our Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams





You should have

- A passion for football and involvement in the local football community
- Experience in management, operations, or customer service
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business
- The ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally
- Robust drive, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude
