- Billing Executive (closely aligned with their QS & Billing Engineer or Finance roles) handles project billing, client invoicing, contractor/vendor bill verification, Running Account (RA) bills, and quantity reconciliations for commercial interior design and build projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Bill Processing: Review, verify, and process RA (Running Account) bills and final client bills.
- Vendor Reconciliation: Check and reconcile vendor and contractor bills against site measurements.
- BOQ Coordination: Coordinate with project and estimation teams to track quantities and map execution data against Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
- Financial Alignment: Work alongside internal finance teams to ensure accuracy in revenue recognition, invoicing cycles,
and receivables tracking.
Requirements & Skills Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in billing or quantity surveying, preferably within interior fit-outs, construction, or real estate.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Excel, ERP accounting/billing tools, and blueprint/drawing reading.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, solid analytical capability, and cross-functional coordination.
