Role & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, salary negotiation and interview coordination.
- Hire for technical and non-technical positions across all business verticals
- Coordinate with Business Heads, Project Heads, and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Source quality profiles through LinkedIn, Naukri etc as per shared Job Descriptions.
- Maintain MIS reports.
- Coordinate for Campus/ Walk-in Recruitments.
- Reference Cheks/Background Verification of Selected Candidates
