Responsibilities
- Candidate will be the Regional Manager - Rural Markets responsible for increasing the sales of our Solar lanterns, Rechargeable Fans, LED Tube Lights Bulbs in the Rural market network through the Micro-Finance Institutions across India.
- Must Effectively Manage the distributor service network across India appoint current service outlets where required to cater to the MFI market.
- Must Add the Service Sales staff wherever required.
- Approach new MFIs to list sell our products through their Network.
- To increase the number of active outlets in the Rural market across India.
- Excellent scope to grow to the next level and pick up a promotion within 6 months along with a good salary increase.
- Must have experience of working in the Rural Market thru Micro Finance Inst. (MFI) of at least 3 years
- Have good relations with the Purchase Heads of various MFI s.
- Have the ability to manage the sales service team.
- Must be prompt in replies and working.
- Candidate must be driven to work hard and want to get promoted quickly within the company earn a higher salary.
