The Sahayogi will report to the SPM . This is a field-based position responsible for supporting the implementation of the Mobilization AIDS Suraksha (MAS) programme and contributing towards the achievement of the 95:95:99 targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct the Monthly Input Readiness Exercise (IRE) across all assigned blocks and Primary Health Centres (PHCs) within the designated district(s).
- Organise and participate in monthly coordination meetings with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), District AIDS Prevention and Control Unit (DAPCU), DTO/DACO, District Programme Manager (DPM), Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre (ICTC), and ARTC.
- Coordinate with the District AIDS Control Officer (DACO)/DTO, ARTC, ICTC, CSC, TI, LWS to facilitate programme implementation and strengthen district-level support.
- Work closely with the CSC, TIs and Link Worker Scheme in the district to ensure that all field activities are aligned with national guidelines and programme priorities.
- Maintain regular coordination with DACO, DTO, DISHA, and DAPCU, and provide timely field feedback to enable prompt corrective actions and programme
- improvements.




- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implementation bottlenecks at the local level.
- Provide regular updates to the Sanyojak on field observations, implementation gaps, and required support for communication with the State AIDS Control Society (SACS).
- Report identified gaps, challenges, and action points to DAPCU, DISHA, and DTO to facilitate timely resolution and follow-up.
- Support effective coordination among district stakeholders to strengthen programme implementation and improve service delivery under Mission AIDS Suraksha.
- Support and Implement Prison Intervention and CSC Activities in the assigned district.

- Graduate in Social Science/Experience in HIV/AIDS
- Preference will be given to the PLHIV Community Members/HRG Community Members
- Able to work on Excel, MS office and Power Point Presentation
- Good Understanding about Data
- Able to operate MS office
- Able to plan and coordinate with District level officials
- Positive Coordination and communication skills
