Job Title: Senior Lead – Mutual Fund Distribution Business

What you will do:





We are hiring a Senior Lead – Mutual Fund Distribution Business for our fast-growing broking fintech in India.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building and scaling our digital MFD acquisition and growth business. The role will drive onboarding, activation, engagement, and business growth from Mutual Fund Distributors through a pure online channel.

- Drive acquisition and activation of Mutual Fund Distributors through digital channels
- Build solid engagement and servicing frameworks to improve distributor productivity
- Lead business growth across the MFD lifecycle, from onboarding to activation and scale-up
- Improve sales funnel efficiency, conversion, and distributor experience
- Work closely with product, marketing, technology, operations, and compliance teams
- Track business performance through dashboards, reviews, and actionable insights
- Build a high-performance culture focused on execution, quality, and growth

Who you are:

- 10+ years of experience in mutual fund distribution, wealth, broking, fintech, or financial services
- Strong understanding of the MFD ecosystem
- Proven experience in digital sales, online distribution, or inside sales-led business models
- Strong leadership, business ownership, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance through data and process discipline
