Roles and Responsibility

- Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic equipment, including X-Ray and C-ARM machines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of medical imaging devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce downtime.
- Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical systems, with a focus on X-Ray and C-ARM technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling solid relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to medical imaging equipment.
- A B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics is required.
