Looking for an experienced DCS Panel Operator to handle plant operations in a continuous hazardous chemical manufacturing setting with strong focus on safety, SOP compliance, and process control.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant through DCS
- Maintain process parameters within limits
- Handle startup/shutdown as per SOPs
- Respond to alarms and deviations
- Maintain DCS logs and shift reports
- Ensure proper shift handover
- Issue work permits & coordinate maintenance activities
- Follow EHS guidelines and use PPE
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Safety & Lab teams
- Maintain housekeeping and documentation
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 3 to 4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Chemical Engineering
- Hands-on DCS operation (Mandatory)
- Experience in continuous chemical plant
