Role & responsibilities

- Deliver engaging training sessions on Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Personality Development, Business Communication, and Corporate Etiquette.
- Conduct Mock Interviews, Group Discussions (GDs), Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, and Confidence-Building sessions.
- Mentor students to improve their communication, interpersonal skills, qualified behavior, and workplace readiness.
- Design, prepare, and regularly update training content, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
- Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, aptitude, and career readiness.
- Conduct interactive learning activities, role plays, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance student engagement.
- Assess student performance through presentations, assignments, practical activities, and regular feedback.
- Support students in becoming industry-ready and placement-ready professionals.
- Participate in demo sessions, seminars, workshops, faculty meetings, and academic events.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, interactive,



and learner-focused classroom environment.
- Track student progress and provide individual coaching wherever required.
- Collaborate with the Placement and Academic teams to improve students' employability skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Personality Development Trainer.

- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication, presentation skills, public speaking, corporate etiquette, personality development, business communication, facilitation skills, and interview preparation.
- Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate. Certifications in Soft Skills Training, Learning & Development (L&D;), Corporate Training, Personality Development, or Train the Trainer (TTT) will be an added advantage.

- Ability to conduct Mock Interviews, Group Discussions (GDs), role plays, and interactive training sessions.
