- Manage a team of software engineers responsible for developing high-performance, low-latency trading systems.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy electronic trading platforms using Java and other technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the system by implementing robust testing frameworks.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in software engineering management or related field.
- Robust understanding of algorithmic trading, equity trading, EMS (Electronic Market System), OCS (Order Capture & Settlement) fix protocols.
- Experience with High Frequency Trading (HFT) algorithms is desirable but not mandatory.
