We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the complete operations of the restaurant/outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring exceptional guest experience, managing P&L;, leading the team, and maintaining operational excellence across all functions kitchen, service, hygiene, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end restaurant operations including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administration
- Own the outlet's P&L; drive sales, control costs (food cost, labour cost, wastage) and improve profitability
- Ensure guest satisfaction through consistent food quality, service standards, and ambience
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team (chefs, stewards, hosts, cashiers, supervisors)
- Handle manpower planning, rostering, and staff performance management
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, licensing, health & safety, and statutory norms
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, vendor management,



and procurement
- Implement SOPs for hygiene, cleanliness, and service delivery
- Handle guest complaints/escalations and ensure quick resolution
- Coordinate with marketing team for local promotions, offers, and events
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales, footfall, and expenses to management
- Ensure smooth audits (internal/external) and adherence to brand standards

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in restaurant/QSR/hospitality operations, with at least 2–3 years as GM/Assistant GM/Unit Head
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sound knowledge of P&L; management, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
- Working knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance (FSSAI etc.)
