Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Listen actively to customers and identify their requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues within defined process guidelines.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Accurately update customer information, call details, and interaction records in the system/CRM.
- Follow company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality guidelines.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and service-level targets.
- Maintain professional communication and proper call etiquette at all times.
- Work effectively with team members and contribute to process improvement.
- Be willing to work in rotational shifts,



including night shifts and rotational week-offs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate candidates Only.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Comfortable working in rotational/international shifts.
