Software Lead Engineer - The Leading Solar Magazine In India

Responsibilities

- Providing technical leadership to application development efforts to meet and or exceed client expectations
- Manage development engineering team with well-defined direction-setting within the area of responsibility and directing daily work activities/priorities
- Follow up on deliverables status and content readiness. Drive attention of management to mitigate potential issues in organization and in planning
- Help development team in design of the overall architecture of the web application (UI/UX, Back-end, and Database)
- Meet with all stakeholders to get requirements, create reports, prepare KPIs matrix (as part of the target setting process)
- Lead, Realize, and Build significant strategic and operational vision of senior management into high quality products

Requirements

- 5+ years of total experience in IT industry
- 2+ years of proven Technical leadership experience, Project Management and team development




- 3+ years of hands on experience in building E2E enterprise IT solutions using :
- Frontend technologies like HTML5, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and JQuery
- Solid backend programming using PHP/MySQL technologies with MVC design pattern
- Implementation of REST APIs to power the web application
- Understanding of design principles behind Scalability (both horizontal and vertical), Availability, Performance and Reliability of an enterprise application
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git or SVN
- Prior experience in Data migration, transformation, scripting, and cloud deployment
