Desired Candidate Profile
- 12-18 years of experience in civil construction or related field (civil engineering background preferred).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Robust understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental guidelines applicable to various industries (power plants, refineries, petrochemicals).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
