Job Title: Construction Supervisor Safety

Company: P&G; Proctor and Gamble Ltd.

Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 8+ Years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech And Safety Diploma (Mandatory); NEBOSH Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise construction site activities, ensuring full compliance with safety standards and protocols.

- Coordinate with P&G; teams, contractors, and stakeholders for protected and efficient site execution.

- Monitor and control site safety performance; ensure adherence to industrial, electrical, and fire safety norms.

- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and implement mitigation actions where needed.

- Lead daily/weekly safety meetings and prepare safety reports and presentations for management and clients.





- Enforce statutory safety compliances and propose continuous improvement measures.

- Collaborate across departments to integrate safety practices into all site operations.

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of industrial, electrical, and fire safety.

- Hands-on experience in construction site safety management.

- Familiar with safety regulations, audits, and compliance procedures.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

- NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.
